Samsung PM1733 and PM1735 are positioned at enterprise level and have two sizes of traditional 2.5 inches (U.2) and HHHL half height. PM1733(U.2) capacity ranges from 0.96TB-30.72TB and HHHL capacity ranges from 1.92TB-15.36TB. PM1735(U.2) capacity ranges from 0.8TB-12.8TB,HHHL capacity ranges from 1.6TB-12.8TB, and can meet various OEM needs. The biggest highlight is that it is equipped with the sixth generation of V-NAND particles and takes PCIE 4.0 channels, which is twice the performance of Gen 3 products and 14 times the performance of SATA SSD. The maximum reading of U.2 version can reach 6.4 GB/s and the writing is as high as 3.8 GB/s. The reading of HHHL version is as high as 8 GB/s, with the writing unchanged. The 4k random reading and writing are also very tough, 1450K IOPS and 260K IOPS respectively. Write life durability, PM1733 can provide 1DWPD, and PM1735 is 3DWPD, both with a five-year warranty. In addition, there are three "black technologies" that can improve hardware performance and durability, including; failure reset (fail-in-place), SSD virtualization, and V-NAND machine learning.
